Milford Police have arrested a 22-year-old man after a domestic dispute leads to a strangulation.

Police say 22-year-old Jesse Wright was yelling at a woman, grabbed her and then pushed her head against the outside of a home.  Then, Wright grabbed her, threw her to the ground, and started strangling her.  She fled and he grabbed a hammer and hit her car.

Wright has been charged with strangulation, two counts of offensive touching, criminal mischief under $1000 and disorderly conduct.
