Lewes is cracking down on jaywalkers and bicyclists not following traffic laws.

The News Journal reports City Councilman Robert Morgan urged Lewes police to be more proactive about adult cyclists on sidewalks.

Morgan suggested police give warnings after the first offense and tickets to repeat offenders.
