Gov. Markell Signs Law Aimed to Help Those With Crohn’s Disease

Delaware Governor Jack Markell has signed a bill into law that ensures people with diseases like Crohn’s or celiac diseases have access to restrooms in businesses normally marked for employee use only.

Delaware Governor Jack Markell has signed a bill into law that ensures people with diseases like Crohn’s or celiac diseases have access to restrooms in businesses normally marked for employee use only.

The law helps those with inflammatory bowel diseases have easy access to a restroom.  Thirteen other states have similar laws.
