Four Arrested for Speeding, Drugs on US 113

Four Pennsylvania men are got an inside look at the Worcester County legal system over the weekend after speeding on US 113 with drugs.

Four Pennsylvania men are got an inside look at the Worcester County legal system over the weekend after speeding on US 113 with drugs.

Worcester County Sheriff’s Office deputies stopped 22-year-old Shane Holbein, 23-year-old Brett Simmons, 25-year-old Scott O’Donnell, and 23-year-old Evan Glatsky after they were going 80 miles per hour in a 55 zone on Worcester Highway near Bishopville.

During the stop, deputies learned Holbein had an outstanding warrant through the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office and was arrested.  Deputies then did a search of the car and found several bags of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Simmons was arrested for marijuana possession and two counts of possession drug paraphernalia.  O’Donnell was arrested for possessing less than 10 grams of marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia.  Glatsky was arrested for possessing less than 10 grams of marijuana.  On top of being arrested for his warrant, Holbein was also given a speeding ticket.
