Dover Police make a pot bust during a traffic stop on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say when officers pulled over 28-year-old Deon Maestre, they noticed a strong marijuana smell coming from the car. A search uncovered over 327 grams of marijuana in a backpack.

Maestre is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
