Dover Police are looking for a young black man after he shot at a group of people at an Elks Club on N. Kirkwood Street over the weekend.

Dover Police are looking for a young black man after he shot at a group of people at an Elks Club on N. Kirkwood Street over the weekend.

Police say the responded to a shots fired complaint at the club and found two people were shot while inside the club.  Authorities learned that the suspect had fired several shots at the crowd while they were inside.  The victims are recovering from non-life-threatening wounds.

Police say the suspect is a black male between the ages of 16 and 18, was wearing a baseball hat, a red t-shirt, and jean.  Contact police at 302-736-7111 or Crime Stoppers 1-800-TIP-3333 with info.
