Delaware Medical Marijuana Dispensary One Step Closer to Reality

Delaware is closer to getting its first medical marijuana dispensary after state officials finalized a two-year contract with First State Compassion Center.

Delaware is closer to getting its first medical marijuana dispensary after state officials finalized a two-year contract with First State Compassion Center.

FSCC is run by former Tom Carper Sussex County Director Mark Lally.

The organization plans to open its first “compassion center” outside of Wilmington.
