Delaware’s Democratic Party will not be endorsing a candidate in the primary for treasurer.

The party’s executive committee could not come to a consensus on who to support.

Treasurer Chip Flowers has gotten some heat about travel spending.  Challenger Sean Barney is a former policy director for Governor Markell and former aide to Senator Tom Carper.
