A victim in a July Dover stabbing has died, making the stabbing the first homicide in Dover since February 2013.

Dover Police say 19-year-old Shaquille Bolden and 18-year-old Kinon Teat are now facing first-degree murder charges.

Both men have been held in jail since they turned themselves in last month.
