The Sussex County Planning and Zoning Commission will likely decide on the conditional use for property off Hollyville Road for a country music festival, proposed for next year.
[UPDATE 8/7/14 8:00 p.m.] The Sussex County Planning and Zoning Commission has voted 4-to-1 against recommending the proposed country music festival proposed by Highway One.
Officials noted a lack of sufficient detail in the plan, making it difficult to determine the actual benefit to the community.
[ORIGINAL] The Sussex County Planning and Zoning Commission will likely decide on the conditional use for property off Hollyville Road for a country music festival, proposed for next year.
The proposal is the first order of business for tonight’s meeting in Georgetown. The meeting gets underway at 6:00 p.m.
