Governor Jack Markell’s weekly message is about investing in the well-being of our children – which has been a strong issue since Markell’s first term in office.  During the Governor’s State of the State Thursday he focused on investing in the availability of qualified mental health professionals in Delaware – especially at the middle school level.  By providing that support for our children, we can keep Delaware moving forward.
