Delaware State Police have arrested three people and they’re looking for a fourth person in connection with a heroin dealing ring in Elsmere.

Police say on Thursday they searched several apartments at the Fenwick Park Apartments; 48 bags of heroin were seized, along with drug paraphernalia used to prepare and consume marijuana and a duffle bag loaded with ammunition and knives.

21-year-old Branden Tucker, 28-year-old Bernardo McKinney and 43 year old Darin Matthews, all of Elsmere face numerous charges.

Police are still looking for 27-year-old William Johnson.
