A Columbia, Maryland man is behind bars in Delaware, charged with raping a 15-year-old girl.

Dover Police arrested 28-year-old Hugo Quevedo on Wednesday after an investigation revealed he had a sexual relationship with the child.

Quevedo is charged with two counts of 3rd degree rape; he was committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Institute in lieu of $50,000 bail.
