Delaware State Police are investigating a robbery of a New Castle loan business Thursday afternoon.

Police say the incident occurred just before 2 p.m. when the suspect entered the Check N Go in Beaver Brook Plaza. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money from a 24-year-old male employee. The suspect gave the employee a bag, into which the employee put an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect then fled from the business.
