A Harrington man has been arrested for his 3rd Offense DUI and other charges. Early Saturday morning Harrington Police were called to the McDonalds for an unconscious man in a vehicle in the parking lot. Police found the vehicle with the engine running and the door open and contacted 42 year old Curtis Sullivan who was in the driver’s seat and very intoxicated. He failed the sobriety test, but when police tried to handcuff him Sullivan resisted arrest. He was charged with his 3rd Offense DUI, resisting arrest and other offenses and is being held at SCI in default of a secured bond.
Harrington Police also arrested two others for DUI over the weekend. 53 year old Mark Tatman of Harrington was charged with DUI and failure to remain in a single lane on Friday. Kenneth Brechenridge was charged early Sunday mornining with DUI and failing to use a turn signal.
