A woman had to be medevaced after the boat she was on ran aground Saturday off of Wildwood, New Jersey.
Coast Guardsmen from Station Cape May say the woman reportedly sustained injuries to her back and collar bone when the 28-foot-boat ran aground. A boat crew from the station took her on board, and then took her to Schooner Island Marina, where she was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. A boat towing company then got the stranded boat floating again, and it was able to get moving again on its own power.
