US Marshalls & Milford Police Arrest Wanted Fugitive

Milford Police have arrested the third man wanted in connection with using a stolen credit card.  20 year old Ronnier Elmore was arrested by US Marshalls and Milford Police yesterday at a home on SE 2nd Street.  Elmore, 19 year old Jarmichael Peck of Dover  and 19 year old Sawndale Auguste of Bridgeville are charged with identity theft, third degree forgery, unlawful use of a credit card and other offenses after a stolen credit card at both the Milford Walmart and WaWa.  Elmore is also charged with a variety of other offenses including firearms charges, aggravated menacing, unlawful imprisonment and more after he and 2 other suspects went into a North Rehoboth Boulevard business with guns, confronted the clerks and removed a large amount of money from the safe and the wallet of one of the clerks.  He is also wanted on a warrant out of Kent County.  He’s being held in default of $346,000 secured bond.
