2 Charged by Harrington Police on a Variety of Charges

Jul 09, 2013 -- 5:48pm

Harrington Police have arrested two men for a possible car-jacking at the Royal Farms on Route 14.  Police contacted 42 year old Jerry Evans of Harrington and 22 year old Michael Robbins of Milford and while speaking with Evans found him in possession of drug paraphernalia and he was arrested.  Then Robbins told police that he’d been car jacked by Evans who told him to drive to an undisclosed location and that Evans had a gun.  Police determined that Robbins was lying and no carjacking too place and that the 2 men rode together to Lincoln to get drugs.  Robbins was also arrested.  Both men were released on bond.
