Delaware State Police have charged an 18-year-old Barto, Pennsylvania man with numerous offenses, including DUI and six counts of 2nd degree vehicular assault following a three-car crash on Route 24 Saturday morning.

Police say Tanner Schultz was westbound on Route 24 near the Lewes/Rehoboth Fire Station #3 just after midnight, when his BMW 325xi drifted into the eastbound lane and struck a Honda Odyssey, driven by 50-year-old Stella Chow of Camden-Wyoming; police say a third car, driven by 25-year-old Jaime Parker of Millsboro crashed into the rear of Chow’s car.

All three drivers, along with three passengers in Chow’s car and a passenger in Parkers car were taken to area hospitals for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
