Wilmington Men Arrested in Dover for Drugs

Dover Police arrested two Wilmington men this week for possession of drugs.

Officers stopped 37-year-old Anthony Terrero and 25-year-old Samuel Santiago-Rodriguez on Tuesday; they found 716 bags of heroin, .5 grams of cocaine, cash and other items of drug paraphernalia in their car.

Both were arrested and are behind bars at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in lieu of $32,750 bail each.
