Mar 30, 2013 -- 1:02am

State Police have arrested a New Castle man for a robbery at the New Castle Wawa last Sunday.  Police have charged 44 year old Richard Fox with second degree robbery and wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony after he went into the store keeping one hand in his jacket pocket and gestured for the clerk to take the cash out of the register.  Police say the Safe Streets Unit helped to identify Fox who was arrested Friday – after a K-9 unit found him hiding in the basement of his home.  Fox is being held in default of $15,000 secured bond.
