City of Dover and Department of Justice to Host Crime Free Multi Housing Seminar

Mar 26, 2013 -- 5:54am

The City of Dover in conjunction with the Department of Justice will be offering a seminar next month for landlords to discuss how they can address criminal and nuisance behavior of tenants.

The seminar will take place at the Dover Police Department on Saturday, April 13; it’s being offered as a part of the City’s new Safe Communities initiative.

Bill Matt, a landlord who has effectively addressed many of the challenges facing landlords in Delaware and Dan Logan, a Deputy Attorney General with the Delaware Department of Justice will conduct the training.

The seminar will provide landlords with the tools and knowledge that will help with not only addressing problems with tenant behavior, but also implementing practices to avoid such problems.
