A Felton man has been arrested for DUI and drug possession after a traffic stop in Harrington.
Harrington Police say just after 2 o’clock Friday morning, officers pulled over 25-year-old Joshua Hearn for a traffic violation. While they were talking with Hearn, officers say they smelled alcohol coming out of his vehicle. Hearn was arrested after failing field sobriety tests. Police say they found 3.2 grams of marijuana in his pants pocket.
He’s been charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, failure to remain in a single lane, and failure to have insurance identification. He was released with a summons, and will have a future court date.
