Ten Delaware Electric Cooperative employees are assisting utility crews in Culpeper, Virginia this weekend as they work to recover from this week’s nor’easter.  The Linemen from the Co-op will help crews at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative where over 15,000 members remain without power after receiving heavy snow and high winds on Wednesday.
