Dover Police investigated an incident of drugs by mail to an address within the city.  Officers went into a home on Hitching Post Drive last Sunday and seized 12.5 pounds of marijuana that was shipped to that address by the US mail.  38 year old Sheriana Peart is charged with a variety of drug and related offenses and is being held at the women’s correctional facility in default of $18,000 secured bond.
