A Dover man has been arrested on charges of rape.  An investigation showed that 41 year old Ronald Waid raped an 8 year old relative between 2005 and 2007 – and threatened to kill her if she told anyone about it. Waid faces 7 counts of first degree rape and other offenses.  He’s being held at the VCC in default of $200,000 secured bond.
