Three Sussex County men have been charged with 50 hunting violations after an investigation by DNREC Enforcement Agents.  18 year old Kyle Trice, 20 year old John Adkins – both of Laurel and 20 year old Cody Pistoia of Delmar all face a variety of charges.  Trice was charged with 30 violations and was released on a $15,000 unsecured bond.  Adkins is charged with 18 violations – he’s free on $9000 unsecured bond.  Pistoia is charged with 2 violations and pleaded guilty to one.  He was ordered to pay $534 in fines and court costs.
