The deadline for public comments on DNREC regulations that are connected to Executive Order 36 is nearing. Executive Order 36 gives state agencies a chance to review their regulations and streamline or eliminate what is outdated, inconsistent or no longer serving their intended purpose.  Public comment on DNREC’s regulations must be submitted by March 1.  In June Governor Jack Markell will submit a report to the General Assembly that details all the regulatory changes – in all state agencies.   Click here for the online submission form
