DAFB to Dedicate New Chapel Center Monday

Feb 21, 2013 -- 8:59pm

There will be a ribbon-cutting and dedication for the new Chapel Center at Dover Air Force Base on Monday.  The $8.7-million chapel center includes a sanctuary, audio and video control room, cry room, chapel administration offices, 6 classrooms and a fellowship hall.  The new center can accommodate about 1100 people and was built on the footstep of the old chapel, which was built in 1956.  Monday’s ceremony begins at 10am.
