Salisbury Police say they arrested a 27-year-old Salisbury man on February 15 for stabbing another man during an argument at a home on Wailes Street.

Police say the victim had returned home from a local bar around 2:30 a.m. when he and Michael Carter got into a fight; police say Carter used a kitchen knife to stab the victim in the arm; the victim was treated and released from PRMC.

Meantime, while officers were searching the house for the knife, they located crack cocaine and arrested three other men:  30-year-old Kizzy Moorman, 33-year-old Carlos Palmer and 29-year-old Trey Cooper; all were charged with possession with the intent to distribute. Carter also faces drug charges and 1st and 2nd degree assault for the stabbing.
