Residents of manufactured housing in Delaware could win up to $2000 in scholarships for education.  The First State Manufactured Housing Association is offering a scholarship award of up to $2000 to high school seniors or former grads who are seeking to further their education.  Qualifying candidates must live in a manufactured home for at least 1 year before applying and recipients can reapply annually.  The deadline to apply is 4:30pm on Thursday, April 4.
