Feb 12, 2013 -- 4:12am

Three men from Virginia’s Eastern Shore are behind bars today at the Wicomico County Detention Center, being held in lieu of $45,000 bail, each following their arrests on Sunday after a Sheriff’s deputy found a loaded gun in their car.

A Wicomico County Sheriff's deputy stopped 47-year-old William Spicer for erratic driving on North Salisbury Boulevard at Dagsboro Road just after 1 a.m. During a search of the car, the deputy found a loaded Smith and Wesson .38 revolver in the driver's side door pocket, along with a second loaded revolver, in the back pocket of the passenger seat.

Spicer and his two passengers, 42-year-old Danny Savage, and 44-year-old Bobby Bagwell, were all arrested, and charged with having a handgun in vehicle.
