Gov. Markell Focuses On Black History Month In Weekly Address

At the Delaware Public Archives on Tuesday, Governor Jack Markell issued a proclamation declaring February as Black History Month in Delaware. That’s what Governor Markell focused on in his weekly address this week.

Markell talked about the importance of celebrating African-American culture, the impact that it’s had on American history, and how it’s enriched the country.
