Wicomico County Sheriff’s deputies and Maryland State Police have arrested 44-year-old Joseph Waskey in connection with a string of credit card thefts from vehicles in Wicomico County.

Over the last couple of weeks, residents have found in the morning that their vehicles had been broken into and that items had been stolen; in most cases, it was credit cards that were stolen and Waskey then used the cards to make various purchase.

Waskey faces 14 counts of theft.
