DNREC’s 2013 Delaware Fishing Guide is now available statewide through fishing license dealers and at the Division of Fish & Wildlife’s office in Dover.  It’s even available online through the DNREC website.  DNREC officials say inside the guide is information on fishing license requirements and the FIN number program and much more.
