State Police have arrested a woman on burglary charges thanks to a witness who gave police a detailed description of the suspect.  Police say a 91 year old woman was getting into her car when 26 year old Precious Sanders opened the rear door and took the woman’s wallet from her purse and ran off.  The witness followed Sanders and police arrested her nearby.  She’s being held at the Women’s Correctional facility in default of $10,000 secured bail.
