State Police are looking for a sex offender from the Millsboro area who has failed to re-register his current address.  SOAR members found that 39 year old Carl Nathan has moved from his current address and not notified SOAR as required by law.  He is a Tier 3 or high risk sex offender and officials say it’s possible he is living in an apartment in Savannah East in Lewes.  Anyone with information – contact Crime Stoppers or the SOAR Unit at 302-739-5882.
