State Police have arrested a Camden-Wyoming man after a traffic stop in Dover Thursday afternoon.  The trooper saw 30 year old Edward Hale lean across the passenger seat and toss something out the window.  Hale was arrested – and troopers found 8 small bags stamped ADIDAS bound with a rubber band – the bags tested positive for heroin.  Hale is charged with a variety of drug offenses and is being held in default of $8000 cash bond.
