Frederick, MD Man Indicted In Credit Card Fraud & ID Theft Scheme

The US Attorney for the District of Delaware says that a Frederick, Maryland man has been charged by a federal grand jury with bank fraud, social security fraud, wire fraud and more.  39 year old Arthur Robinson faces up to 91 years in prison plus possible fines and restitution if convicted.  According to the indictment, Robinson devised a scheme to defraud many federally insured financial institutions between January of 2002 through October 2013 – including the Delaware-based Barclays Bank and Chase Bank.
