A Baltimore County Grand Jury has indicted 23 year old Latia Matthews of Catonsville on a count each of abuse of a vulnerable adult, neglect of a vulnerable adult and reckless endangerment.  The charges come after an incident last July when Matthews, who was employed by Progress Unlimited Incorporated, was caring for a 22 year old disabled female and left her locked in a vehicle with little ventilation and temperatures in the 80s in the parking lot of the Westview Mall in Catonsville while she and a friend went shopping.  Each charge carries a possible sentence of 5 years in prison and a $5000 fine.  Matthews arraignment is set for February 5th.
