Jan 17, 2014 -- 6:08pm

A Delaware Family Court task force will review the feasibility of opening Family Court proceedings to the public – but they want to hear from the public as they put together their recommendations for the General Assembly.  The task force will meet on Thursday, January 23 from 9 to 9:55am in the second floor Senate Hearing Room at Leg Hall in Dover.  Family Court proceedings involve adoption or termination of parental rights, custody issues and visitation, dependency or neglect or guardianship, paternity, divorce, alimony and property division.  Written comments will also be taken – email Dick.Carter@state.de.us or call him at 302-744-4155
