Delaware State Police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a robbery on Christmas.

Troopers arrested 31-year-old Paul Forbes of Middletown on Friday. On Christmas Day, he allegedly walked into the Valero on Boyds Corner Road in Middletown, and threatened the woman who was working behind the counter. He demanded money, and implied that he had a gun. The cashier handed over some money from the cash register, and Forbes then ran away. He was identified as the robber through surveillance footage and witness interviews, and was arrested at a home in Townsend on Friday.

He’s been charged with first-degree robbery, and is being held at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institute on $15,000 bond.
