The Worcester County Homeless Committee will be hosting a Community Resource Day today.
Worcester County residents who are either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless are invited to come to today’s program between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Stevenson United Methodist Church on Main Street in Berlin. Guests will be able to meet one-on-one with representatives of groups to get information about housing, counseling, health care and treatment. Personal hygiene products and a limited number of free bags of food from “Share the Harvest,” and free flu shots from Atlantic General Hospital will also be available.
