Division of Fish & Wildlife Now Accepting Entries For 2013 Hunting Photo Contest

Sep 21, 2013 -- 10:29am

DNREC’s Division of Fish and Wildlife wants to see your best shots of hunters in action.

The division is now accepting entries for the 2013 Delaware Hunting Photo Contest. The theme for this year’s contest is “Conservationists Enjoying the Outdoors.” DNREC staff will make up a panel of judges that’ll review the photos for their resolution, clarity and composition. Photos must be unframed, unmarked and unsigned 8-by-10 paper prints. Digital pictures in landscape orientation can be cropped for presentation, but portrait orientation is preferred. Entrants must hold all rights to their pictures, which can’t show unlawful harm to wildlife or damage to the environment.

Entries can be mailed or e-mailed to Crystal Beck in the Fish and Wildlife Office in Dover. The winning entry will be featured in the 2014-2015 Delaware Hunting and Trapping Guide. Entries are due by January 31, 2014.
