5K Run, Walk To Raise Money for Wor-Wic Students Today

Teams of police officers will be taking part in a run to raise money for students at Wor-Wic Community College.

A 1-mile walk and a 5K run will be open to the public. Trophies will be presented to the top overall male and female runners, while medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in eight different age categories. Police teams will compete in the Law Enforcement Team Cup Challenge. The cup is currently being held by the Salisbury Police Department. Proceeds will go towards the Wor-Wic Community College Foundation.

The walk and runs will begin at 9 o’clock this morning at Wor-Wic.
