Arrest Warrants Out For Wilmington Woman Wanted For Prescription Fraud

Delaware State Police are looking for a Wilmington woman who’s wanted for forging prescriptions for Oxycodone at pharmacies in New Castle County.

Troopers have obtained warrants for the arrest of 42-year-old Yvette Shupe. She’s wanted in connection with an ongoing investigation into prescription fraud. She’s been charged with three counts each of obtaining a controlled substance by forgery of prescriptions and second-degree forgery of a prescription.

Shupe is white, 5-foot-3 and 130 pounds with sandy brown hair and green eyes. She’s believed to be staying in hotels in both New Castle County and Cecil County, Maryland.
