Georgetown Man Charged with Felony DUI after October Incident

Apr 24, 2013 -- 3:47pm

A 60 year old Georgetown man was arrested on outstanding warrants from an incident that occurred last October when Daniel Sillers was involved in a crash on Route 404.  Investigation showed Sillers was DUI and arrested at the time, but complained of a heart problem while he was being taken to jail – and instead went to the hospital.  A computer check showed Sillers had numerous DUI convictions in the past.  He was arrested in the Dover area yesterday/Tuesday and charged with felony DUI and other offenses and committed to SCI in default of bond.
