A 40-year-old Parksley woman accused of deliberately setting dozens of fires with her fiancé in Accomack County from last November through March, has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation to determine whether she is competent to stand trial and to assess her mental condition at the time she allegedly committed the crimes. General District Judge Gordon Vincent signed the order this past week.

Tonya Bundick meantime, continues to be held without bail as does her fiancé, Charles Smith.

Court documents state that Smith has admitted to setting 52 of the 77 arson fires and Bundick has confessed to setting 15 fires.
