Students to "Make A Splash" on Tuesday near Dover

750 students from around Delaware will be taking part in the Make A Splash Festival on Tuesday at the Delaware National Estuarine Research Reserve in Dover from 9 to 2pm.  This is a water education event – and will showcase ‘Little Key’ a replica of a 17th century ship’s boat.  The students will take part in 27 hands-on activities on Delaware’s water resources and their historical and current uses. Students from Frederick Douglass Elementary School in Seaford and Lighthouse Christian School in Dagsboro will take part.
