Salisbury Police have New Tool to help Identify Suspects

Mar 23, 2013 -- 3:17pm

Thanks to a partnership with IQ Biometrix of Houston, Texas the Salisbury Police have purchased the FACES composite identification software.  The software can create a composite image when a suspect is not known and the witness can’t identify a suspect from an existing photo.  A copy of the program has been donated to Parkside High School and the Criminal Justice Department at Wor-Wic Community College.
